It was just a great fit for a fleeting pause in Lubbock with attractive and competitive value for money. The pool area had water so dirty you couldn't see the bottom, but the beds were clean and comfy. Check when breakfast starts to avoid the rush.

Comfy room and helpful staff
I had a nice stay for one night. The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The room was really comfy, and I loved having a fridge and microwave. Just wish the carpet could've been cleaner. it felt a bit cramped in the room. Breakfast was decent with eggs and sausage, but no fruit.

cleanliness issues but decent location
The location was convenient for our activities in town. The parking was spacious and easy to access.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness could use significant improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The dog-friendly policy made it super convenient since we had our three pups with us. The hotel is close to some great spots like McPherson Cellars Winery and Buffalo Spring Lake, which really added to our experience.
For dads, it would be great if the air conditioning worked better.

The staff made our stay memorable with their thoughtful assistance. The breakfast spread was a real treat with delicious options! My only complaint was the limited parking available. 😊

Had a fantastic stay with my family! The breakfast was incredible, with tons of choices, and we loved relaxing in the indoor pool and jacuzzi after a long day. Only downside was a slight towel shortage, but it didn't ruin our fun at all! 😊

The breakfast was incredible! A huge variety, with real eggs and sausage—such a treat! The staff were super friendly. On top of that, the convenient location is spot on for nearby eats like Long John Silver's and McDonald's.
The musty smell in the room was a real downer, and the A/C unit was more of a noise machine than a cooler. I also wish the pet fee had been clearer. I felt like I needed a treasure map to find it.

would come again
The room had a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The shower worked well, and there was a hair dryer for convenience. The hot tub and indoor swimming pool were a great way to relax. Breakfast had tasty options like eggs and waffles, and the lobby's decor was really nice.

Couple seeking comfort
Spent one night here, very friendly staff who tried helping with my little issues. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the clean room with all the basic facilities like micro fridge!
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but it was still tolerable.

I loved the comfortable lobby with its color-changing virtual waterfall, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. My room was well-kept, providing a restful experience.
More assistance with luggage for seniors would help.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local winery and enjoyed a fun day at the golf course. The place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent too. Just a note, if you're arriving late, make sure to check in before the desk staff heads out.
One hiccup was the late check-in. we almost couldn't get in as the front desk was briefly unattended.
